According to a warning shared on the TSA Facebook page, cyber security has never been more important. Hackers can install malware at USB ports in airports. It is reportedly known as "juice/port jacking."

What Can You Do to Protect Yourself?

  • Don't plug your phone direct into a USB port at the airport
  • Use a TSA-compliant power brick or battery pack instead
  • Don't use free public Wifi

If you're unfamiliar with "juice jacking", cyber security experts from the FCC explain the hackers can gain access to your phone, and even lock you out of it.
