Results for Week 9 of the Pigskin Pick 10 are in

Week 9 of the Pigskin Pick 10 is officially behind us, and it was another week of tough games.

Our college games this week were:
Montana Tech vs. Western
Tennessee @ Georgia
Alabama @ LSU
Wake Forest vs. NC State
Texas @ Kansas State.

Our NFL Games:
Dolphins @ Bears
Packers @ Lions
Colts @ Patriots
Raiders @ Jaguars
Titans @ Chiefs

If I was a middle-school teacher, I would be worried that there was significant cheating happening in my class. The problem being the answers that were copied were usually wrong! ONE person and ONE person only picked LSU over Alabama. Did I mention ONE (1)? Wake/ NC State and Texas/K State were both really one sided as well. NC State to the good (very few people chose Wake) and Kansas State to the bad, not may people had faith in the hook-em horns.

On the NFL Page, the team that had the ‘Lock’ was Kansas City, no one took the Titans. Most well-adjusted people took the Dolphins to win at Soldier, and not many brave souls took the Lions to beat the Packers (but those that did, I salute you). The remaining games were pretty well split.

To the Results: This week we were playing for Dinner from MacKenzie River Pizza, and a Movie at Golden Ticket Cinema here in Butte.

Tommy O and Panisko both finished 6-4, so the bar was not set high.

We had a good chunk of ‘regulars’ finish at 7-3: those include Nicole Nelson, Oredigger golf coach Sean Ryan, John ‘Golden vocal chords’ Stenson, Peech Leetz, and Mike Fink.

But only one person hit 80% of our games. This individual his all of the NFL games, and was only tripped up by Alabama and Tech.

Jessica Cash went 8-2 for the win this week

Hopefully she brings someone other than her boyfriend out for Dinner and a movie! (Not that it mattered, but she hit the tiebreaker of 37 right on as well)
