After a winter stretch here in Southwest Montana that has included subzero temperatures and heavy snow over the last couple of weeks, many have been spending more time inside that they usually do. Some more than others. Too much time indoors can lead to "cabin fever", the feeling of restlessness and isolation from being indoors too long.
