The medical benefit for Brandon West is taking place this Saturday night at the Butte Elks Lodge on Galena Street in Uptown Butte. It was just a few weeks ago that the family of Brandon, a young Butte father of two and a loving and dedicated husband who is battling stage 3 colon cancer, started planning this benefit and in the time since it has really taken shape.

You really don't need a lot of reasons to support Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Butte, but they're making it really easy and fun with "Prom Through The Decades" tomorrow night at the Star Lanes Event Center. It is just what is sounds like. An adult prom. Only now we have no curfews and (hopefully) better judgment.
