Any time Pearl Jam comes to Montana you know it's going to be a big deal and a great show. By my count, this is the third time that Pearl Jam will have graced the big stage at Washington Grizzly Stadium and their fifth show in their illustrious career. They were at WaGriz in 2018 raising money for Jon Tester's campaign and the poster sparked outrage. Before that it was 1998 when they were touring behind their new CD "Yield" and were featuring their new drummer, Matt Cameron. Pearl Jam played a show at Harry Adams Fieldhouse before it was the Adams Center when they were touring their album "Vitalogy" in 1995 and there was even a show at the University Theater before the band became huge. Part of what made those shows so special is that you never knew what their opening number would be or what songs would make their concert setlist.
Sunday, June 23 is going to be a Damn Good Time in Missoula. Quite literally. Country superstar Jordan Davis, riding the wave of his recent #1 single "Tuscon Too Late" will be bringing his Damn Good Time Tour to the Adams Event Center on the campus of the University of Montana. It looks as though the tour's title is 100% accurate.
