Line Dancing, AARP Driving Course this July at Butte’s Belmont Center

Are you looking to keep your driving skills sharp or maybe just looking to kick up your heels a little bit?  Our Independence Day weekend may beover but there is still plenty happening throughout the rest of July at Butte's Belmont Senior Citizens Center, 615 E. Mercury.

JULY ACTIVITIES

• AARP Driving Course - Thursday July 9th.  The class starts at 9am.
• Line Dance Class - For beginners, there will be 2 classes in July, on July 14th and July 28th.  The class will run from 11am to noon.
• Hearing Aide Cleaning with Robin - Wednesday, July 15th at 10:30am
• Changing Seasons Support Group - Sponsored by Honeybee Hospice and Axleson's Cremation, the group will meet Thursday, July 16th at 1pm
• July's Birthday Lunch will be served on Thursday, July 23rd at noon.

WEEKLY HAPPENINGS

• Fresh cinnamon rolls and hot coffee are served for only a buck every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8am to 10:30am.
• Play bingo on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 1pm.
• Pinochle is played Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1pm to 3:45pm.  Cost is $1 plus .25 per set.
• Sneakers Exercise Class is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 1am.  Cost is $1.50 per class.
• Rides to medical appointments and shopping trips are available Monday and Wednesday mornings, please give at least 24 hours notice.  Trips are dependent on availability and are $10.

The Belmont will be closed on July 10th for the Montana Folk Festival.
