Looking for places to go and things to do on Halloween?  Here are some things going on around Butte on Friday that we think you should know about.

  • Something’s stirring at Black Dog Creamery, 39 E. Galena St. in the Cleveland Market as they are offering a free scoop of ice cream for costumed kids.  Open until 9pm.
  • The Butte Elks Lodge at 206 W. Galena is hosting Halloween & Singo Friday night starting at 7pm.  $10 will get you a 10 game Singo ticket and a chance to win $50 for best costume.  There will be a 50/50 and beverage service available.  Doors open at 6pm.  Must be 18 or older.
  • Halloween Trunk or Treat at Big Sky on Waterford at 3701 Elizabeth Warren Avenue.  Residents and staff along with amazing vendors will be celebrating Halloween in style with decorated trunks, costumes and lots of candy from 3pm until the candy runs out.  Bring the family, dress up and enjoy a safe night of spooky surprises and community spirit.
  • Join BeeHive Homes of Butte at 2930 Elm St. for some Halloween fun!  Bring your little ghouls and goblins to Trick or Treat and explore their Spooky Maze from 3pm–5pm. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween with their residents — candy, costumes, and smiles all around!
  • Unos Lounge and Casino on Harrison Avenue will be hosting a Halloween Pregame for adults.  Stop by, show off your costume and have a drink on them. Pregame starts at 6pm and you must have to have a costume on and a valid ID!
  • Bring your ghosts and goblins to Mcleod Real Estate Group at 1905 Holmes Avenue this Halloween for some Halloween treats.   First 20 kids through the door will get a goody bag filled with fun surprises and once those are gone, they will still have plenty of candy for all the trick or treaters.
  • Halloween Spooktacular at the Park in the Drives from 4 to 7pm.  Trick or treaters are invited to stop by Berkshire Hathaway's tent for candy.
  • 406 Nutrition at 102 E. Granite Street is keeping kids hydrated this Halloween with free caffeine-free Hydration Bombs, no purchase needed.
  • Make the Science Mine at 36 E. Granite part of your family’s trick-or-treating adventure! Stop by anytime between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. to explore hands-on exhibits, discover the wonders of science, and have some spooky fun with friends and family.
