“420 Smoke Signals” Hip Hop Showcase Saturday at The Covellite
Butte’s live music scene is leaning all the way into 4/20 this weekend with a high-energy hip-hop showcase set to take over the Covellite.
“420 Smoke Signals,” presented by Filth and Foul and The Covellite, hits the stage Saturday, April 18, with doors building toward an 8 p.m. showtime. The 18+ event blends a headlining performance with a deep roster of Montana artists, all aimed at celebrating local hip-hop culture.
Leading the bill is Lady Dice, known for tracks like On The Rise, Beast, and Think About It, along with her feature on the viral hit Suga Boom Boom. She brings a reputation for commanding performances and a confident, high-impact delivery that organizers say is tailor-made for a night like this.
Backing that momentum is the “406 Hip-Hop Showcase,” a lineup packed with regional talent. Performers include Filth and Foul, LOUD, Jesta, MT Souls, Half_Dead and Guardian Angel, Truly Veda, Just-In, Poverty’s Posterboy, and M.I.G Numen, with additional artists still to be announced. The showcase promises a steady flow of sharp lyricism and bass-heavy production, keeping the crowd engaged from start to finish.
Beyond the music, the event will also feature a swag booth and a consumption tent hosted by Euphoria Wellness, adding to the full 4/20 atmosphere. The show is co-promoted by Nick Barney, a founding member of Filth and Foul.
Tickets are priced at $10 in advance and can be purchased here. Admission is $15 at the door, though organizers recommend securing them early. For those looking to tap into Montana’s hip-hop pulse this 4/20 weekend, this show is shaping up to be one of Butte’s standout events.
