
Jordan Lane, Friends of the Family and Mojo Risin’ this weekend at Butte’s Covellite Theater
Butte's Covellite Theater at 215 W. Broadway will be home to a pair of concerts this weekend that will bring three incredible acts to the stage combining homegrown Montana talent with the sounds of late 1960s Los Angeles with an incredible Doors tribute act. This week's schedule will get underway with Open Mic Nite on Tuesday.
TUESDAY - OPEN MIC NITE
Kane O'Neill hosts another evening of local talent at Open Mic Nite which will start at 8pm. Want to be a part of the evening's fun? Come by early and get signed up for some stage time. All are welcome.
FRIDAY - JORDAN LANE
Community truly matters to Jordan Lane whose music combines a blend of Americana, Folk and Soul incorporated from his own life experience. He is currently on his 58 Counties Challenge which is an ambitious attempt to perform in every Montana county within a single calendar year. Jordan brings warmth and reflection along with laughter and is one artist who truly engages with his audience. Showtime is 7:30pm an you can get your tickets here.
SATURDAY - MOJO RISIN WITH FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY
Expect Doors classics from the premiere Doors tribute band from Los Angeles and a local opening act that is the perfect selection. Friends of the Family is a local three-piece powerhouse featuring the incomparable Kale Baldwin on lead guitar. Their aggressive, complex and heartfelt set will set the mood for a Doors tribute band that truly channels the spirit and intensity of Jim Morrison and the Doors as well as the vibe of late 60's Los Angeles.
