Comedians with Disabilities Show Saturday at The Covellite
Southwest Montana is in for a night of laughter with a purpose this Saturday, March 21st, as the Comedians with Disabilities Act Comedy Tour rolls into tThe Covellite at 7:30pm.
Founded in 2010 by comedian Michael O'Connell, the tour has build a reputation for delivering comedy that is bold as it is honest. The showcase highlights prformers with both visible and invisible disabilities , offering audiences a perspective that is rarely seen on stage but is always relatable. The result is a night of standup comedy that blends sharp wit, personal storytelling and plenty of laugh-out-lout moments.
Headlining the evening is Mean Dave who is known for his unapologetic style and quick-fire delivery. Hosting duties will be handled by Michael Beers with additional performances from Loren Kraut, Adam Keys and Nina G, each brininging their own unique voice and comedic edge to the evening's lineup.
Beyond the laughs, the event is also part of a larger project--a comedy docu-special that captures not only the performances, but also the personal stories behind them. It's a behind-the-scenes look at how these comedians turn true life experiences into material that connects with audiences everywhere.
Please note that the show is scheduled to take place on the theater's upper level. Accessible entry is available at the corner of Idaho Street and the alley directly behind the venue. Guest in need of assistance are encouraged to check in at the Lounge entrance where an usher will help guide them to the accesible entrance.
