SWMT Veterans Food Pantry & Services Poker Run August 23 in Deer Lodge

Sometimes there is nothing better than a ride around Southwest Montana on a beautiful summer day.  How about a beautiful ride that benefits some of our area's Veterans?  Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 23rd as the Southwest Montana Veterans Food Pantry & Services is putting on a poker run that will take you all over Southwest Montana and commence with a big shindig at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Deer Lodge with a barbecue, silent auction, live music and an epic raffle drawing.

ALL VEHICLES ARE WELCOME

Bring out your bikes, trucks, cars and hot rods because all are welcome for this poker run.  Registration is at 9:30am at the Tri-County Fairgrounds and Blue Ribbon Pavillion in Deer Lodge with the ride starting at 10:30am.  Poker hands are $10 and tickets for the evening's raffle drawings will be available as well.  Here's where the poker run will take you.

1. Deer Lodge - SW Montana Veterans Food Pantry, 505 Main St.
2. Lincoln - Hi-Cuntry Trading Post, 3911 N. Lincoln Gulch Rd.
3. East Helena - VFW Post 10010, 117 W. Main St.
4. Butte - Copper Canyon Harley Davidson - 34 Olympic Way
5. Deer Lodge - Tri- County Fairgrounds/Blue Ribbon Pavillion

All hands must be returned to the fairgrounds by 5pm and the winners will be announced at 5:30.  Bring your lawnchairs and enjoy the evening att the fairgrounds where you will enjoy live music from Dan Henry. a bounch house for the kids and also a BBQ dinner.  There will be a silent auction and raffle drawing with all proceeds supporting Southwest Montana Veterans.  Come make a difference.  For details, please call Jay or Susan Wood at (406) 846-4777.
