Jason DeJohn benefit this Saturday at Butte’s Jokers Wild
There are many definitions of "Butte Tough" but you will be hard pressed to find a tougher guy than Jason DeJohn. Jason's reputation as a tough guy does not come from athletic prowess or from bar fights. Anyone can play a sport or pick a fight. Jason's reputation comes from the fight that was picked with him by an opponent who does not fight fair or reasonably. In fact, this bully has been following Jason around for over 17 years picking fights. Big ones. Five really big fights, in fact, each one sending Jason to the hospital, but each time Jason knocked the bully out in the process. If that's not Butte tough, I don't know what is.

The bully is cancer and for the sixth time it has it's ugly sights on Jason. Jason's throat cancer has returned and he is currently under 126 days of treatment that requires a feeding tube and port. But Jason is not done fighting. Not by a long shot.
Help Jason continue the fight by attending a benefit this Saturday, October 11th at the Jokers Wild Casino and Sports Bar on the corner of Front and Montana. Jason's friends and family have a full afternoon of events and games planned that include a 50/50 raffle, live and silent auctions as well as a Dutch Auction and many more fun happenings. 2pm is when the auctions open plus there will be a dart tournament starting at 2pm with a $20 entry fee ($10 to the prize pot and $10 to Jason). At 5pm an all-you-can-eat taco bar will open, so bring your appetite.
