The Butte High Bulldogs football program will induct a new class of Silver B's this week, they volleyball squads are back in action and it's also State Tournament time for other programs.  Here is a look at where the Bulldogs will be in action this week.

GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Coach John Stenson's squad will compete in the State Tournament which is being played in Hamilton.

GOLF

It's also State Tournament time for the Bulldog golf teams but they will not need to pack any bags other than the ones that hold their clubs as the tournament is being played here in Butte at the Country Club.  Practice round is Wednesday with competition taking place on Thursday and Friday.

CROSS COUNTRY

On Friday, Butte High Cross Country will compete in the Three Forks Meet with races starting at 10am.

SOCCER

On Tuesday, Bulldog Soccer will head to Helena to take on the Capital Bruins with the girls varsity and boys JV contests taking place at 3pm and the boys varsity meeting at 5pm.  On Saturday the Bulldogs will host the Helena High Bengals with the girls varsity and boys JV games at 11am and the boys varsity at 1pm.

VOLLEYBALL

Butte High will be on the road Tuesday facing the Missoula Big Sky Eagles.  The Frosh-White and sophomore matches are at 4pm, the JV and Frosh-Purple teams play at 5:30pm and the varsity match is set for 7pm.  Saturday the varsity squad will host the Butte Crossover with the Bulldogs playing Great Falls High at 11am, Bozeman at 12:15pm, CMR at 1:30pm and Gallatin High at 2:45pm.

BOYS FOOTBALL

Thursday, the Frosh will play at Helena High at 4pm.  Friday, the Bengals come to Butte for Silver B's Night.  The JV game at Naranche Stadium is scheduled for 3pm and the varsity contest will get underway at 7:30pm.
