It's a busy week of activity for Butte High activities as the Bulldogs head into a full week of activity and competition as the Winter Sports Season gets into full swing.  Here are what the Bulldog teams are doing this week.

BOYS WRESTLING

It will be busy on the mats this week as the JV and varsity squads will host Belgrade in a dual meet Tuesday with the JVs getting things under way at 4pm and the varsities at 6pm.  Friday and Saturday the Bulldogs will send a squad to the Whitehall duals and keep one here in town hosting the Mining City Duals at the Butte Civic Center.  Both days, events get underway at 9am in Whitehall with a 10am start in Butte on Friday and a 9am start time on Saturday.

GIRLS WRESTLING

The girls will be competing alongside their male counterparts in Belgrade on Tuesday with the JV matches starting at 4pm and the varsity matches at 6pm.  Friday and Saturday, the ladies will head to Kalispell for the Flathead Invitational with matches beginning at 2pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday.

SPEECH & DEBATE

The Butte High Speech & Debate Team will be competing in Bozeman this Friday and Saturday.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

The Bulldog girls tip off their season in Bozeman this Saturday with the frosh playing in the north gym at 4pm, the JVs in the south gym at 11:30am and the varsities tangling in the south gym at 2:30pm.

BOYS BASKETBALL

The Butte boys will also be in Bozeman this Saturday.  The frosh play in the north gym at 2:30pm, the sophomores in the north gym at 11:30am, the JVs in the south gym at 1pm and the varsities in the south gym at 4pm.
