Harrington Bottling Company Donates $17,000 to Shodair Children’s Hospital, Launching New Partnership Focused on Montana Families
The following is a press release from Harrington Bottling Company of Butte:
HELENA, Mont. — Harrington Bottling Company is strengthening its long-standing commitment to Montana families with a $17,000 donation to Shodair Children’s Hospital and a new partnership focused on expanding support for children’s mental health across the state. As part of the collaboration, Montana’s Treasure Water has been named the official water of Shodair Children’s Hospital, becoming a visible symbol of care and connection for patients and families during moments of healing and support.
A key part of that commitment is Montana’s Treasure Water, Harrington’s private-label water made in Montana for Montanans. Through partnerships and community engagement across the state, it is shared in spaces where small moments of comfort and connection matter.
The contribution will help Shodair expand its reach, elevate its message and share its work with more communities statewide.
“At Harrington we believe supporting communities means supporting the families at the heart of them. Access to quality mental health care is critical, across all of Montana, especially the rural areas. Shodair can provide life-changing support that Montana children need, close to home. We are proud to partner with Shodair in support of strengthening communities across Montana,” said Murphy Hirschy, Vice President of Harrington Bottling Company.
This week, Harrington Bottling Company presented the donation to Shodair. As part of the new partnership, the company will also collaborate with Shodair’s beloved mascots, Hope and Thunder, who help bring comfort, joy and smiles to children and families during challenging times. Montana’s Treasure Water will be featured on the mascots’ jerseys, and the mascots will represent both Shodair and Harrington in the community, continuing to pour positivity through appearances at community events supported by Harrington Bottling Company as the partnership grows.
For nearly 90 years, Harrington Bottling Company has been a family-owned and locally rooted Montana business, deeply connected to the people and places it serves. The company’s commitment to giving back includes ongoing support for Montana communities through youth programs, education opportunities, local partnerships, statewide sports involvement, and a wide range of grassroots and community-driven requests.
A key part of that commitment is Montana’s Treasure Water, Harrington’s private-label water made in Montana for Montanans. Within this partnership, it serves as a simple but meaningful symbol of care and connection, shared in spaces where small moments of comfort can make a difference.
“At Harrington Bottling Company, our goal is simple: make someone’s day better every day,” said Joe McClafferty, CEO of Harrington Bottling Company. “The incredible people at Shodair Children’s Hospital embody that spirit. They make days better for children and families when it matters most, and we are honored to partner with an organization that represents the very best of Montana.”
