Another conference game and another blowout victory for the Montana Tech Men's Basketball team as they throttled Rocky Mountain College last night.

The following is from the Montana Tech Sports Information Department:

BUTTE, Mont. – The Montana Tech men's basketball team blew out Rocky Mountain 92-60 as the whole team contributed to the offense.

The Orediggers (22-4, 11-1) had 11 players score in the victory. Tech finished with a 53.8% field goal percentage and 46 points in the paint. They made 11 of their 25 three points attempts.

The Orediggers cleaned the glass with a 39-31 rebound advantage over the Bears.

Tech had 24 assists on the night and just 8 turnovers. Tech's 7 steals turned into 14 points.

Rocky (11-14, 2-9) shot 36.1% from the field and went 6 for 25 from deep.

Asa Williams led the Orediggers with 18 points hitting 4 for 7 from beyond the arc. Williams had 3 assists and 2 rebounds.

Camdyn LaRance had 15 points off the bench and was a perfect 3 for 3 from deep and 5 for 5 from the field. LaRance had a game-high 8 rebounds in just 18 minutes on the court.

Hayden Diekhans was perfect on the night going 5 for 5 from the floor and 2 for 2 from the line for 12 points. Diekhans finished with 6 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Caleb Bellach finished 9 points and 6 assists.

Levi Torgerson had 9 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Chrishon Dixon had 8 points.

Kael Robinson had 26 points for the Bears going 9 for 17 from the field. Robinson had 8 rebounds to lead the team.

Luca Brooks and Jesse Owens had 10 points apiece.

Montana Tech finishes the home slate on Saturday when the host Carroll College for Senior Day on Kelvin Sampson Court.
