Butte Fundraiser

Safe Space Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Center is holding their annual Flamingo Flocking Fundraiser through the end of April. Flamingo Flocking is an event that allows the community to become involved in the awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault while having fun with neighbors, family and friends.

Friday, September 27th has been set as the date for the 2nd annual "Breakaway Bash" fundraiser for the Butte Amateur Hockey Association and Copper City Kings youth hockey program. The event will take place at the Butte Depot at 818 S. Arizona with the doors opening at 5:30pm with cocktail hour and the start of the silent auction. Dinner is served at 6:30pm and cocktail attire is suggested.

You need not any extra motivation to attend the Taylor St. Pierre Medical Benefit coming June 8 to the Elks Lodge in Butte at 206 W. Galena. After all, Taylor is an awesome girl with one of the most positive attitudes you are going to find. Made more impressive is that Taylor has been battling Pancreatitis for over a decade now, yet her smile remains. You would never know looking at this vibrant, positive, beautiful young woman that she is in need of a life-saving surgery.

The popular and unique "Empty Bowls" fundraiser is set for April 3 at the Butte Civic Center and a new bowl will be featured this year.

Do you fondly look back on your high school prom and wish you could go back for just one more night and relive the awesome memories? The formal wear. The music. The food. The big hair, if you were in high school in the 80s. Well, they can't do much about the hair situation, but Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Butte wants to help you recreate the rest with one of their biggest and most popular events of the year. Their 2024 Adult Prom is set for April 6 at the Star Lanes Event Center.
