Montana has some great education choices, with multiple colleges and universities. However, when it comes to the smartest town, which one ranks at the top?
You'd have to be living under a big rock in Montana NOT to know the Brawl of the Wild is this Saturday in Bozeman! The thing about it, though, is that some Bocat/Griz Fans are more prepared and organized than others. Hence, the ones ahead of the game purchased their tickets weeks ago for the game, had their tailgate festivities planned out, and booked hotel reservations way in advance. Serious gamegoers even know exactly what "team logo" layers of clothing they plan to wear to match weather conditions. Then there are the "winging it" Bobcat/Griz fans. The ones that procrastinate purchasing tickets for whatever reason and then end up with NONE. Yet, because they love a good Bobcat/Griz football matchup and want to be part of the festivities, they make every attempt to be there in the flesh even though it would have been easier to maintain some level of organization by purchasing tickets and a hotel room in the first place. Or so I've been told. Lol!
The start of last Saturday's Montana Griz Football game against Calpoly mirrored the definition, "THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM," in TWO WAYS. First, although cooler temperatures and a sense of winter were already in the air the night of November 5th's game, the wind was oddly calm. Then, just like that, in true Montana style, giant snowflakes dominated the field by the 2nd quarter at Washington Grizzly Stadium, leaving fans confident that Calpoly was about to take a beating. Undoubtedly, the showdown Calpoly endured had everything to do with "Griz Nation" skill. Seemingly though, the winter wonderland that prevailed during the game added nicely to their throwdown. By the time all was said and done, the Griz walked away with a 57 to 0 victory over Calpoly.
Its a chance for organizations to help Montana Tech students choose a career path and to give insight on the many opportunities available in a given field. Even if students are in a core curriculum program and are well on their way to knowing their intent and future plans, Montana Tech's Career Fair can help fine tune the choices made by students of all academic levels.
