Odds are you know somebody that is making a difference in making our community a better, safer, drug-free community. From local leaders leading prevention efforts to the teachers who are working with our youth every day, the folks at Butte Cares want these people to be recognized for the good that they bring.

This St. Patrick's Day, Butte Cares is putting on a color run at 3pm at Stodden Park. In addition to being family-friendly and substance-free, the event is perfect for all ages and abilities. There will be a one-mile fun run and also a 5-kilometer run with both courses with park boundaries and both featuring many "color stations" where participants will be sprinkled with bright powder. There will be food, music and many events being hosted by students.
