Weekly Bingo And Pinochle Games At Belmont Senior Center

With the arrival of the fall season comes an abundance of activity at the Belmont Senior Citizens Center, 615 E. Mercury in Butte. Here is a look at the activities you will find at the Belmont as we head into September.

WEEKLY HAPPENINGS

BINGO - Enjoy bingo at the Belmont on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting at 1pm.
PINOCHLE - Pinochle is played Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1pm to 3:45pm. Cost is $1 plus .25 a set.
SNEAKERS EXERCISE CLASS - Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 11am. $1.50 per class.
WOOD CARVERS - The wood carvers group meets Thursdays at 8:30am.
FRESH CINNAMON ROLL AND COFFEE FOR $1 - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 10:30am.
RIDES TO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS AND SHOPPING TRIPS - Monday and Wednesday mornings, please call at least 24 hours in advance, (406)

SEPTEMBER ACTIVITIES

Line Dance Classes will be taking place for beginners with 2 classes, one on Tuesday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 22nd, both from 11am to noon.
AARP DRIVING COURSE - Thursday, September 10th at 10am.
Hearing Aide Cleaning with Robin is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16th at 10:30am
September's Birthday Lunch will take place on Thursday, September 17th at noon.
.Changing Seasons Support Group will meet Thursday, September 17th at 1pm. Sponsored by Axleson's Cremation and Honeybee Hospice.
A Fall Prevention Event sponsored by by Intermountain St. James Healthcare is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29th from 10:30am to noon.

Coming Monday, October 3rd is a Flu Shot Clinic with the Safeway Pharmacy from 10:30am to noon. Flu and Covid shots are available for all while all other immunizations must be preapproved. Please call Connie Everly for pre-approval.
