Butte's Covellite Theater at 215 W. Broadway in Historic Uptown Butte is inviting entertainers of all varieties and styles to be a part of the upcoming Holiday Cabaret, a festive evening of holiday spirit and cheer that is set for December 19th and 20th.  Are you an instrumentalist?  A Dancer or singer?  A natural entertainer?   Even if your talent is something a little less traditional, such as a burlesque performer or drag artist, the Covellite wants you.  If you would like to be a part of this fun and entertaining upcoming production, the folks at the Covellite Theater are holding open auditions on Monday, November 17th from 6 to 8pm.

The process is very easy.  They are looking for "singers, dancers, comedians, musicians, burlesque, drag artists, and all-around entertainers for our Holiday Cabaret: North Pole Variety Show a festive evening of laughter, talent, and holiday cheer" according to a recent post on their Facebook page. They are welcoming all performance styles, solo and group acts are encouraged.  Just show up on Monday evening and be prepared to deliver a 2 to 3 minute demonstration of your act.  Whether your act is classic Christmas charm, a twist of a frosty favorites tune or even something delightfully unexpected, the Covellite invites you to bring your best act.  Even if you just want to be a supporting player or a backup or chorus performer, you are more than welcome.
