Dinner in the Park Wednesday Evening at Stodden Park

After a very fun and successful Lunch in the Park series over the past 4 weeks, The Butte Parks and Trails Department is wrapping up the summer with Dinner in the Park which will alter the time and location of the popular event.

Dinner in the Park will be held at Stodden Park and tonight will feature the Butte Symphony inside the bandshell of the Veterans Memorial area, a nearly perfect setting for this wonderful local ensemble.  Have you heard the Butte Symphony perform?  Tonight you will have a couple of opportunities, first as the group begins show rehearsal at 5pm and the show itself starting at 7pm.  The Butte Symphony on a warm summer evening surrounded by great food and friends is a winner in any book.

Speaking of great food, Taco Del Sol has joined tonight's food truck lineup which has been impressive all summer long.  Bring your appetite because there are some great local trucks and vendors expected including Carbonation Station, Turk's Food Truck, Blissful Berry Bowls, Pizza Hut, Charee's Thai Food, Copper City Cravings, Piece of Crepe and Extra Sprinkles.

The food and the music will be top notch and if you have children, Dinner in the Park at Stodden Park is a great one to attend because of the variety of different ways the kids can stay entertained while mom and dad relax in their lawn chairs.

Speaking of lawn chairs, feel free to bring yours and maybe throw in a couple of blankets to spread out,  but remember to leave your pets at home.
