The annual Headwaters Country Jam is less than a month away.

Three Forks Montana is the place, July 27th through the 29th are the dates. Much like years past, the 2023 lineup is stacked.

The Headwaters Country Jam website shows 14 acts that will be performing during the festival. The headliners include Koe Wetzel, Parker McCollum, and Ashley McBryde.

The first act to hit the stage on opening day (Thursday, July 28th) will be Texas born, Nashville-based singer/songwriter George Birge. George appeared on the music radar, like many do these days, via TikTok. He posted “Beer, Beer, Truck, Truck” and within two weeks it accumulated nearly 3 million views and grew his follower base by over 100,000.

Following George on Thursday will be Warren Zeiders, who at the age of 24 sold out his first national tour in 72 hours, performed at the Opry, and made an appearance on the Kelly Clarkson Show.

Pecos and the Rooftops will bat third, and in the clean-up spot, closing out night one will be Koe Wetzel. Koe’s music is a blend of country and rock, a little outlaw country, and a little grunge. Out of Pittsburg, Texas, Koe will blow the roof off of Thursday.

Friday’s schedule will lead off with Avery Anna, originally out of Flagstaff Arizona, who now calls Nashville home. Avery is influenced by acts like Taylor Swift, Kelsea Ballerini, and Carrie Underwood.

Sylva, North Carolina’s John Morgan is up next on Friday. John has had incredible songwriting success already, penning “Trouble with a Heartbreak”, and “If I Didn’t love you”.

Chancey Williams will be next up on Friday. Chancey, a Wyoming native, is one of only two people ever to participate in the Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo, and also perform on the main stage! (The other, Chris Ledoux).

Nashville’s “most unpredictable hitmaker” Ernest, will follow Chancey on Friday night. His debut single “Flower Shop” featuring Morgan Wallen, planted him firmly on country radio.

The Friday night headliner is Americana and country singer-songwriter Parker McCollum. With several #1 songs to his credit, as well as the single “Pretty Heart” going 2x platinum, Parker has made a big splash in country music in a very short time.

Saturday’s lineup will be led off by William Beckmann. Hailing from Del Rio, Texas, William brings a fresh blend of classic country, with some Latin influences. Shane Proffit will follow William on Saturday. Shane is riding the momentum of his debut single “How it oughta be”, which jumped into the top 20. A great start for a young artist.

Randall King will continue the show on Saturday. Randall grew up on the endless plains of West Texas, and his music mirrors that reality, modern traditional country music.

Country legend Tracy Lawrence is up next. Having spent 30+ years in country music, Tracy Lawrence has done it all. With fourteen Studio albums -including 2 double platinum albums- countless #1 songs, along with ACM and CMA Awards, Tracy has done it all.

And that brings us to Saturday night, the headliner of the Headwaters County Jam is Ashley McBryde. Ashley is a Grammy winner, ACM and CMA winner, and a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Ashley is one of Nashville’s finest singer/songwriters, with an incredibly loyal fan base. Her’s is a show you don’t want to miss.
