POSTSEASON
The top 4 teams from the Southwest will qualify for the Western A Divisional Tournament which will be played March 5th through the 7th in Hamilton. The top three teams will automatically qualify while the remaining teams will go through a series of play-in contests for the last spot.
The Butte Central boys come into Tuesday's games at 14-2 overall, 7-1 in the Southwest A Conference and are automatic qualifiers as they will finish in the top 3 but for the girls it is not so simple. The girls are 5-10 overall, 2-6 in the conference and will finish as the #5 seed and will host the #6 seed, the Stevensville Yellowjackets, Thursday at 6pm at the Maroon Activities Center. The winner of that game will travel to #4 Hamilton on Saturday, TBD, with the winner of that contest claiming the final spot at the Divisional Tournament.
