Orediggers announce 2026 Football Schedule

The Frontier Conference has announced the 2026 football schedule and for the Montana Tech Orediggers, the upcoming season looks very similar to last season with only the home and away designations changing for many of their contests.

FRONTIER CONFERENCE DIVISIONS

Again this year the Orediggers will compete in the Frontier's Eastern Division where they are the defending champions and are joined by the Dakota State Trojans (Madison, SD), the Dickinson State Bluehawks (Dickinson, ND), the Mayville State Comets (Mayville, ND), the Valley City State Vikings (Valley City, ND) and the Rocky Mountain College Battlin' Bears (Billings, MT).

The Frontier's Western Division will consist of the Carroll College Fightin' Saints (Helena, MT), the Arizona Christian Firestorm (Glendale, AZ), the College of Idaho Yotes (Caldwell, ID), the Eastern Oregon University Mountaineers (LaGrande, OR), the Simpson University Redhawks (Redding, CA), the Southern Oregon University Raiders (Ashland, OR), and the Montana-Western Bulldogs (Dillon, MT).

The winners of the East and West Divisions will receive automatic bids into the NAIA Football Championship Series.  Game times will be announced at a later date on the individual schools' websites.
