Oredigger fans will have a full plate this weekend as hockey, football and volleyball programs all have home events this weekend.

HOCKEY

The Montana Tech Hockey Club will be home Friday night at the Butte Community Ice Center hosting the Eastern Washington University Eagles at 7pm.  It is a very special night for the hockey program as they are hosting the "Pink the Rink" cancer fundraiser.  All fans will be admitted free of charge and the special pink jerseys that the players will be wearing will be auctioned off immediately following the game with 100% of the proceeds going to the St. James Cancer Center.  The event is sponsored by Illumination Womens Health

FOOTBALL

The Oredigger football team is back at Bob Green Field at Alumni Coliseum at 1pm Saturday to take on the Rocky Mountain College Battlin' Bears in a Frontier Conference matchup.  Montana Tech 5-2 overall and are ranked #15 in the latest NAIA coaches' poll The Orediggers are coming off a 97-0 whitewashing of Simpson University at home last Saturday.  Rocky is 1-6 overall and is on a five-game losing streak most recently being bested by Montana-Western last week 42-24.

VOLLEYBALL

The Montana Tech Volleyball Team will be home at Kelvin Sampson Court in the HPER Complex to take on the University of Providence at 7pm.  The Orediggers are 15-8 overall, ranked #19 in the nation and have won their last 2 matches and 3 of their last 4.  Providence is 19-5 overall ranked #13 in the country and have won 4 of their last 5 matches including a sweep of Rocky Mountain College in their last outing.
