"Big Star Comedy, Small Town Show" is a unique blend of comedy, American history and travel that is bringing its production to the Mining City this February.
A beloved Butte Holiday tradition continues with the Mother Lode Theater and the help of some of Southwest Montana's most talented young vocalists. Oh, and you are more than welcome to join in and sing along. The Butte Symphony Series continues with "Our Butte Holiday!" featuring members of the Butte High School and Anaconda High School Chorales as well as the Mining City Chorale Union presenting holiday classics and newer Christmas songs that will have you singing along as well.
Tim Montana will make his much-anticipated musical return to the Mining City this Friday night and in true Tim Montana fashion, he is doing his part to give back to his town and his neighbors. Tim has teamed up with the Butte Arts Foundation and Mother Lode Theater along with Town Pump Food Stores of Montana to raise food, funds and awareness for Butte's Emergency Food Bank and Butte Rescue Mission.
The Rocky Mountain Association of REALTORS is hosting a 100th Anniversary Gala and raffle to benefit the Mother Lode Theatre on October 29. Doors open at 6 pm. The Gala will feature a Variety Show with performances by well-known Butte musicians and organizations including Montana Dance Works, Dynamic Dance, B'yond the Edge, Matt Buckley (cowboy poet), and Orphan Girl Children's Theatre.

Here in the year 2024, the literal stage will be set across several Southwest Montana parks and the players will be the men and women of Montana Shakespeare in the Parks with several upcoming performances scheduled in our area throughout the next several weeks.

The Mother Lode Theater's "Montana Made Music Series" wraps up this Saturday night and they truly may have saved the best for last. Wylie and the Wild West are set to perform alongside Wylie's brother Erik "Fingers" Ray in what promises to be an incredible show for all who enjoy western swing, blues and even yodeling.
The popular Montana Made Music Series will continue on April 13th at Butte's Mother Lode Theater as TomCats and 406 with special guest Ken Rich will perform in place of the originally scheduled act, Rob Quist and Great Northern featuring Halliday Quist who have been rescheduled to a date later this fall. But fans of homegrown Montana-styled rock and country are not going to miss a beat.
