The final Art Walk of the season will run tonight from 5 to 8pm where the work of several different area artists will be featured along with different offerings at each location.  Look for local favorite Chad Okrusch to be performing on the Stephens Block as one of the evening's highlights.  The Clark Chateau is behind the Art Walk and information can be found here.

Saturday's festivities will get underway at 8am as the Farmer's Market opens with produce, art, artisan soap, seedlings and so much more.  The Farmer's Market runs on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm and will run through October 8 on Park Street between Main and the Imagine Butte Resource Center.  At 9am, the forces of Metal's Sports Bar and Grill and 5518 Designs will combine to bring you "Kegs and Eggs" where Metals will offer a special breakfast menu and guest bartender Paul Panisko will be serving drinks and testing your knowledge of Montana Tech Football with Digger Trivia.  5518 Designs will have plenty of Digger gear available so you can hit the official tailgate party on campus at 11am.  At 1pm is the 129th meeting of the Montana Tech Orediggers and the Carroll College Fightin' Saints and it should be a good one.  Although an early game in the season it is a big one in the Frontier Conference as both teams come into the contest with 1-0 records.  Both teams won on the road last week with Carroll getting past Montana-Western 16-10 and the Orediggers roughing up Eastern Oregon 38-3.
