We're entering the dog days of summer, if we aren't there already.  Summer weekends can now more or less be counted on a single hand and the last thing anyone wants to do is get stuck in the kitchen.  Yet a good breakfast, especially on the weekend, is one o life's simple pleasures.  Hitting one of our great local restaurants is always a good idea and here are a couple of the places that we think stand out.

The Hangin 5 is definitely Butte's hot spot for breakfast and with good reason.  Their food is fresh and their breakfast menu is huge.  They are known for their omelets which can go from 2 egg to their 5 egg monsters and you can never go wrong with an order of pancakes.

M&M

The sign returned before St. Patrick's Day and the address has moved up the street by a couple of digits but the breakfasts at the M&M remain as popular as ever.  Popular staples like the Garbage Omelet have never changed but the crew often experiments with unique dishes for a weekend breakfast.
