Cruise Night set for Wednesday at Clark Park with the Butte Community Market

As we hit mid-August, things are shifting into high gear with our next Cruise Night set for Wednesday, August 12, at Clark Park as we set up with the fine folks behind the Butte Community Market.

The Butte Community Market all summer long has been a welcome evening for families and friends to shop from the local vendors and farmers who set up shop.  Clark Park is a perfect setting with the nearby Splash Pad and playground areas for the youngsters, the picnic areas where families can spread out and even the movies that have followed at dusk.

We will be registering vehicles of all makes and models for our Peoples Choice Award which we will be giving away for the top car or truck and the top motorcycle.  The winner will get a beautiful trophy along with a $50 gift card to Western Meat and Sausage Block at 820 Dewey Boulevard as well as a $50 gift card to the HP2 Cafe at 3941 Wynne Avenue next to Butte Produce.  HP2 has just announced that they are expanding their operating hours until 6pm Mondays through Fridays.

If you want to register, get there by 6pm and stop by our registration table.  Remember, there is never a charge to enter.  If you don't have a vehicle you can still cast a vote for your favorite car/truck and motorcycle and that's free as well.  We will have our Peoples Choice Award winners tallied up just before 8pm as this week's winners will be announced.
