Senior Fun Fair Friday at Butte Star Lanes
May is Older Americans Month and there is a great event to observe and show appreciation for our aging friends and loved ones right here in Butte.
Southwest Montana Aging & Disability Services invites the community to join in the celebration of Older Americans Month at the 11th Annual Fun Fair taking place this Friday, May 2nd, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event will take place at Star Lanes Family Fun Center and is hosted in collaboration with local senior service agencies and community partners.
A fun-filled day is planned, dedicated to honoring older adults and promoting the many services and opportunities available to them. Kicking off the festivities at 10:00 AM will be a special welcome from our Chief Executive, JP Gallagher and attendees can look forward to a variety of other events, and even lunch for seniors, as well.
Guests can look forward to:
- Games, Raffles & 50/50 Drawings
- Information Booths & Wellness Checks
- Delicious Treats & Refreshments
- Exciting Giveaways & Resources for Seniors
From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, seniors in attendance will be treated to a FREE sack lunch while enjoying live music by Kevin Clarke whose smooth sounds have captured Mining City audiences for decades.
Whether you're seeking services, connection, or simply a good time, for yourself or for one near and dear to you, the Fun Fair offers something for everyone. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate, engage, and support our vibrant older adult community!
