Pride celebrations in the Mining City won't end when the festival wraps up.  Instead, the party is set to continue late into the night at The Covellite with the Butte Pride Afterparty on Friday, June 26.

The event has a suggested $5 cover, is an 18-and-over event and kicks off with doors opening at 8:30pm and the party starting at 9pm.  Organizers are encouraging attendees to bring their friends, dress to impress and keep the Pride energy going well into the evening. The suggested cover will help support the event and future community events.

Hosted at The Covellite, the afterparty promises an evening filled with entertainment, celebration and community.  Guests can expect a lively mix of drag performances, burlesque acts, music, dancing and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends old and new.

A lineup of local kings, queens and performers from across the community will take the stage throughout the night, showcasing the talent and creativity that continue to make Butte's Pride celebration unique.  The event will also feature a special performance by Queer Butte, adding another highlight to an evening dedicated to visibility, inclusion and self-expression.

Organizers describe the afterparty as a space where everyone is encouraged to show up exactly as they are and celebrate the diversity that makes the community stronger.  Whether attendees spent the day participating in Pride festivities or are simply looking for a fun night out, the event aims to provide and energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
