Looking for some fun stuff to get you through the last days of January?  Look no further than Butte's Covellite Theatre where a bevy of activity is on tap.

TUESDAY - OPEN MIC NITE

Aaron Armstrong, a punk/folk/rock artist from right here in Western Montana is your host and all types of entertainers are welcome.  Musicians, comedians, storytellers, artists, all will have a chance to shine on the stage.  Sign up at the door starting at 7pm.  No cover but bring a few bucks for the house and the host.

WEDNESDAY - FREE MOVIE NIGHT

Wednesday the free movie is "Little Shop of Horrors" with the doors opening at 6pm, showtime at 7pm.

Help yourself to free popcorn and enjoy the screening upstairs on the big screen or downstairs in the lounge.

SATURDAY - CORA BROWN RECEPTION/SNOFLINGA AFTER PARTY

Have you seen the incredible stained glass works by Cora Brown and her enterprise 406 Creates?  They are stunning and some are on display now at the Covellite.  Saturday will give you the chance to meet the artist behind the beauty starting at 5pm.

At 9pm get ready for some infectious groove as Float Like a Buffalo, an energetic mix of rock, funk, jam and bold brass takes the stage for the Snoflinga After Party.

They have taken the stage at iconic venues like Red Rocks, The Bluebird Theater, and Dillon Amphitheater and have shared bills with artists like Sting, WAR, The Motet, and Pepper.  There is a $10 suggested donation and this band is well worth it.

For details or further information, stop by the Covellite Theatre at 215 W. Broadway or shoot Demetrius an email at demetrius@covellitepresents.org.
