Here’s what’s happening at the Covellite Theater this week
If you're looking for some good music, some big laughs or even one of the biggest movies of the 80s back on the big screen, look no further than the Covellite Theater at 215 W. Broadway this week because they've got you covered.
WEDNESDAY - FREE MOVIE NITE
Wednesday, the Covellite will be screening 1985's "The Breakfast Club" (rated R) upstairs on the big screen or downstairs in the lounge area. Doors open at 7:30pm with the show starting at 8pm. Admission is free but a $5 to $10 donation is suggested and free popcorn is available. The Covellite is pleased to offer a selection of snacks, beer, wine, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages like kombucha, coffee, and CBD seltzers.
THURSDAY - COMEDY NITE
Get ready to laugh every Thursday night at the Covellite because every Thursday night September through November with the exception of Thanksgiving will is Comedy Nite. SATURDAY - ELISABETH CARLISLE BAND AND THE HARMONY AVIATORS
Elisabeth Carlisle Band blends coastal California folk-rock with Swedish country-pop

signature sound is rich, emotional, and full of melodic storytelling charm.
With Elisabeth’s evocative vocals and her band’s textured arrangements, every

The Harmony Aviators are a Swedish folk-indie/country duo known for
haunting harmonies, poetic lyrics, and a sound that’s both earthy
and ethereal. Their debut “Sunset & Stars” lit up Swedish radio,
and their albums To Love and Live and Hide Out and Wildfire
showcase their talent for crafting beautifully introspective songs.
