Fans of Classic Rock will have a chance to step back into one of music's most iconic eras when Paper Flowers brings "Remembering Fleetwood Mac" to The Covellite, 215 W. Broadway, this Friday, February 27th.

Paper Flowers isn't your typical tribute band.  Rather than recreating every outfit change or mimicking each note exactly as recorded, the four-piece focuses on capturing the emotional core and cultural impact of Fleetwood Mac at the height of their fame.  Paper Flowers performance centers on the late 1970s, particularly the period surrounding the release of the album Rumors, a record that helped define an era and still remains a staple in Classic Rock radio today.

The late mid to late 1970s were a time when music, fashion and popular culture were shifting rapidly and Fleetwood Mac's sound seemed to perfectly mesh with the moment.  Songs about love, heartbreak and resilience resonated widely with listeners, turning the band into global superstars and making Rumors one of the best-selling albums of all time.

Paper Flowers leans into that legacy, delivering familiar melodies with their own interpretation and heart.  The band describes the show as being less about imitation and more about feeling, honoring the songwriting and spirit of the originals while allowing space for their own musicianship to shine through.

For longtime Fleetwood Mac fans or anyone simply looking for a powerful live music in an intimate venue this Friday's show promise an evening of nostalgia and energy.

Doors open at 6pm, showtime is set for 7pm.  Advance tickets are $22 and available here.  Organizers recommend getting your tickets ahead of time as a sellout is expected.
