The Oredigger men are 15-3 overall, 8-3 in the Frontier Conference and are riding an eight-game winning streak.  The Diggs have not lost since that forgettable 9-day stretch at the end of November into the first week of December where they lost their only 3 games of the year, otherwise they could arguably be sitting at the top of the whole thing.  That small losing streak, however, reignited a fire that has brought them back to their usual, winning ways with their current streak including a morale-boosting road win over the defending Big Sky Conference Champion Montana Grizzlies.

At the top spot of the poll is undefeated Grace, Indiana.  You can find the complete NAIA poll and methodology here.

OREDIGGER WOMEN - #12

Each step forward is uncharted ground for the 14-1 women's team who were ranked for the first time in school history just this year.  The women are 8-1 in the conference, their lone loss a three point setback coming on November 22 at Valley City State.  In the time since, the Diggers have rolled off nine straight including a 27-point payback of Valley City State at Kelvin Sampson Court.  The Oredigger women will get a big test on Friday when they play at #7 Dakota State.  The top team in the women's poll is Dordt, Iowa and the complete poll and methodology can be found here.

The Oredigger men and women will play this Friday at Dakota State and Saturday at Bellevue.  The following weekend will see them at Montana-Western on the 23rd and at Carroll on the 24th.  The last game of their five game road trip will be at Rocky Mountain College on January 31st before they return home on Friday, February 6th to host Dickinson State.
