The dates have been set for this year's Butte Vigilante Pro Rodeo at the Butte Vigilante Rodeo Grounds and Don Harrington Arena at 6354 Albany.  Exciting PRCA and WPRA rodeo events are back along with an array of extracurricular activities including Mutton Bustin' and live music.  This year's rodeo is presented by 406heart, a local nonprofit.  Here's a look at what' happening.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 23

On Friday it is Ladies Night, and the theme is "Tough Enough to Wear Pink".  Slack starts at 9am, gates to the arena open at 4:30 and the Boot Race begins at 6pm followed by the Ramblin Rose Drill Team.  The rodeo starts at 7pm and will be immediately followed by a concert by rising country music star and Butte boy Levi Blom who is on his 2024 "Pour Decisions" Tour.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24

Saturday is Patriot's Night and guests are invited to show up in Red, White and Blue.  The gates open at 4:30 with the Calf Races starting at 6pm followed by another performance by the Ramblin' Rose Drill Team.  Saturday's rodeo will also start at 7pm and will be followed by a performance by Kalyn Beasley and the Honky Tonk Arcade.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 25

Sunday is Family Day as the gates and Family Area will be open at 10am.  At 11am it's Mutton Bustin' followed by the Ramblin' Rose Drill Team.  The rodeo is scheduled for a 1pm start.
