Rock the Pit 5 this Saturday at Butte Elks Lodge
Rock the Pit 5 is coming this Saturday to the Butte Elks Lodge at 240 W. Galena and if you want to see the future of live music in Butte, this is the place. The event also goes a long way towards funding for instruments for these young musicians as well as providing mental health support and friendship, things that are incredibly important yet in short supply for our young men and women.
"Rock the Pit isn’t just a concert—it’s one of Montana’s leading mental health events. Every ticket, every riff, every voice raised helps fund youth + young professional awards for music and mental wellness. This is about lifting each other up, smashing the stigma, and creating a space where every kid and young adult feels seen and heard."
Rock the Pit 5 has got a fantastic lineup this year and will feature performances from these stellar young acts beginning at 7pm:
- Leo Busted Dreams
- Terry Longhway + BMX Crew
- SLATE
- DeathCare Industries
New this year, Rock the Pit 5 will start things out with an Open Mic event at which all musicians are welcome. Open Mic will run from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, first come, first served. Bring your instrument and be a part of the show.
"Montana’s Ultimate Sanctuary of Sound – a safe space where youth hang, share stories, and unleash the power of rock + mental health – is back and louder than ever."
This is an all-ages show and tickets will be available at the door. For further information on Rock the Pit 5 or any other events at the Butte Elks, please call (406)782-3278.
