Bring your family and your appetite to the Maroon Activities Center at 550 E. Mercury on Saturday morning and enjoy breakfast while supporting one of Butte's most active community organizations, the Silver Bow Kiwanis Club.  The Kiwanis will be hosting a pancake breakfast from 8am until noon, raising money for the many different projects in which they improve the quality of life for everyone in Butte and Southwest Montana.

What do the Kiwanis do?  They are behind playground improvements and repair at area parks.  Every year they put on the bicycle rodeo where they teach safety and set local kids up with helmets and necessary safety equipment and even bicycles for those who are in the greatest need.  The Silver Bow Kiwanis sponsor the Key Club for local high school students.  They are behind the Builder's Club and Circle K Club.  Practically anywhere you look, you will see something or someone who is touched by the Silver Bow Kiwanis and the work that they do in our community.

Are you interested in attending the pancake breakfast?  Tickets are $8.00 for individual admission and $25.00 for a family ticket that is good for up to 6 family members.  If you are part of a business that would like to sponsor a table for the breakfast, a $100 donation will get you a table for 8 along with signage at the event.  Contact any Kiwanis member for tickets or call (406) 565-1554.  You can also reach out to them via their Facebook page and while you're there be sure to give them a "like".
