The Original Prepares For The Butte Silver Bow County Fair

After being the center of activities for the Montana Folk Festival, the Original Mine Yard will once again be the place to be. The Bute Silver Bow County Fair will get underway next week, with all events taking place at the Original.

The Silver Bow County 4-H will be center stage for all three days of the fair. There will be many amazing 4-H projects on display. These kids and families have worked awfully hard to get to this stage. Livestock projects will be displayed Thursday and Friday, and the market sale will happen on Saturday.

Friday and Saturday will see Levi Renz & Friends joining the fun. 406 FMX Freestyle Motocross Show will have multiple performances on both Friday and Saturday. Levi has flipped his motorcycle - and side-by-side- across the country, and it will be a treat to see him lifting off the ramps at the Original. The FMX show will take off at 3 and 6 on Friday, and again at 2 and 6 on Saturday.

Also joining the Fair this year is Magician Jeff Martin. Jeff mixes his expert skills in sleight of hand, with a natural and easy humor to make for a fun show. Jeff will perform Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm each day.

Now, let's talk about the music. Friday night at 7 pm, Platinum-selling artist Priscilla Block will take to the Original Stage. Priscilla was ‘discovered’ on TikTok, and in three short years has been nominated for two Academy of Country Music Awards and has had a number-one song. And she is just getting started. Wrapping up the fair on Saturday night will be Butte’s own, High Ore Road. High Ore Road is just coming off their show at Music on Main Street and is ready to take to the big stage at the Original. Remember all events (except the Priscilla Block concert) during the fair are free.
