The annual Butte Central Spring Auction will be taking place Friday, March 24 at the Maroon Activities Center and many activities are planned for the 54th annual event.  As of this writing, organizers have over 140 items that will be put on the auction block and again this year a wide assortment of goods and services will be featured.  Items to be auctioned off are in all price ranges and will include everything from vacations and golf packages to gift baskets and certificates to local businesses as well as lawn furniture and even an orthodontic package.  Again, this year there will be plenty of other activities going on around the live and silent auctions including raffles and games, door prize drawings, a full bar and a wonderful buffet-style dinner.  Plus, for those infected with March Madness, they will have several big screen televisions broadcasting the games, so you won't have to miss a minute of the tournament.

Tickets to the auction are available right now at the Butte Central Foundation Office located in the Maroon Activities Center at 550 E. Mercury and are $30 per couple.  Tickets are also available by calling 406-723-6706 and will also be available at the door.  Doors at the MAC will open at 5:30pm.

The Spring Auction is by far the Butte Central Catholic School system's biggest and most important fundraiser of the year with proceeds going towards academics, activities, scholarships and teacher salaries at Butte Central Elementary, Junior High and High School.  There is still time to donate items as well and if you would like to know more, please call 406-723-6706.
