Lunch in the Park goes back to afternoons, gets “Fuzzy”
After an incredible Dinner in the Park with the Butte Symphony last week, Lunch in the Park at Emma Park went back to its regular 11:30 to 1:30 hours on Wednesday and the multitalented Fuzzy B kept the hungry crowd entertained on a beautiful Uptown afternoon at Emma Park.
Fuzzy B brought out a number of instruments and styles, ranging from the Monkees to Taj Mahal in his two-hour show, as kids and adults enjoyed treats from local food trucks and adventurous youngsters splashed alongside the ever-popular foam machine.
In addition to the selection of food trucks and nearby restaurants, guests are welcome to bring coolers and picnic baskets, lawn blankets, games and furniture but are asked to leave pets at home. The series is a service of the Butte Parks and Trails Foundation who each week have a tent where information about their many projects is readily available.
Lunch in the Park at Emma Park will take place the next two Wednesdays as the summer season comes to its final shows. Next Wednesday will feature the always entertaining Catfish Carl and the season will close out on August 23 with local favorite, the incredible Ken Rich.
