Here’s everything you need to know about Butte’s Lunch in the Park
Finally, it's that time of year when you're not confined to a cramped cubicle, a crowded restaurant or, even worse, your car's interior while trying to enjoy lunch. With the sunshine and warm weather comes another season of Lunch in the Park at Emma Park which is going to get underway in just a couple of weeks.
Lunch in the Park this year will run from 11:30 to 1:30pm at Emma Park where you can take in the sunshine, enjoy some fantastic offerings from local food trucks and enjoy the music of a wide variety of artists this year. A couple of dates last year even saw the return of the infamous "foam machine" to the delight of the youngsters who are always very numerous in attendance.
The season will wrap up with a special "Dinner in the Park", but we'll get to that in a second.
Emma Park offers plenty of room to spread out with a blanket, umbrella or canopy and even enjoy a lunch brought from home, which is also an allowed option. But you'll want to hit the food trucks. Here's a look at a few that joined in on the activities last year.
You're going to love who they have booked for this summer. Here are the dates and times and who's going to be playing:
JULY 3 - HIGH ORE ROAD, 11:30AM-1:30PM
JULY 10 - FUZZY B, 11:30AM-1:30PM
JULY 17 - FRANKEE ANGEL, 11:30AM-1:30PM
JULY 24 - CRUZ CONTRERAS, 11:30AM-1:30PM
JULY 31 - DINNER IN THE PARK WITH THE BUTTE SYMPHONY, TIME TBA
