'Montana Shakespeare in the Parks' is typically known as a statewide theatrical event that takes place outdoors during the summer with gorgeous Montana landscapes as the backdrop. However, unbeknownst to some, organizers of 'Shakespeare in the Parks' are continuing with performances in November & December to celebrate their 50th Anniversary! This pristine traveling "Parks" ensemble just completed a show at The Mother Lode in Butte this past Sunday and will continue with performances in Whitehall, Anaconda, Helena, Philipsburg, Dillon, and more NOW through next Tuesday!

Presented is the Bozeman-based theatre company's production of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare. As illustrated by MSIP online, The Complete Works is just that; a variety of sonnets and plays from the renowned, genius playwright in a very energetic and uplifting fashion. Audiences are in for a treat as this brilliant comedy challenges three actors to conduct segments of thirty-seven...yes, thirty-seven Shakespeare plays in 90 minutes!

So, time to get your SHAKESPEARE on! In the surrounding area, BELOW are the dates and times for performances of THE COMPLETE WORKS of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE through November 8th. Again, performances will continue throughout the year and conclude on December 11th at Bozeman's Black Box Theatre. Learn more by visiting MSIP online or by contacting Hannah Jacobsma, Director of Community Access and Engagement at 406-994-3310. All performances are FREE and on a first come, first served basis.
