The Butte Elks Lodge #240 invites you to join them for a couple of fun weekend events that they have on the calendar for this Friday and Saturday nights.

FRIDAY - KEN RICH

Possibly Butte's most talented and well-polished multi-instrumentalist, Ken Rich will be commanding the stage from 8pm to 11pm.  His show is definitely worth checking out whether you're a fan of classic rock, country and even current hits.  Ken can do them all and you never know what he's going to have in store for his audience on any given night.  There is no cover charge, and the bar will be open early at 6pm for beers and cocktails.

SATURDAY - TAYLOR ST. PIERRE BENEFIT

5pm is the official start time for what is not only a very worthy cause but also an opportunity to score some incredible sports memorabilia.  First of all, Taylor St. Pierre is an incredible, vibrant and cheerful young Butte woman whose big problem is this "Pat" character.  Pat is her pancreas, and it needs to go.  Taylor is undergoing a Total Pancreatectomy with Auto Islet Transplant (TPAIT) and needs help covering necessary expenses.  She and her mom, Heidi, will be spending over three weeks in Minneapolis for the surgery and recovery.  All proceeds will go towards expenses.  There will be a taco bar, SINGO, a 50/50 and a silent auction that will include NFL collectors' items including a Brian Urlacher autographed jersey and a Mike Ditka autographed helmet.  Both are legendary Chicago Bears and both are in the NFL Hall of Fame.  If you cannot make the benefit but still wish to donate, please do so in care of the Taylor St. Pierre Benefit at the Butte Community Federal Credit Union at 2901 Grand.
