Here is the Butte schedule for the Pipe and Drum Band of the Edmonton Police Service
The Pipe and Drum Band of the Edmonton Police Service is coming back to Butte for St. Patrick's Day celebrations. Since the 1980s their family-friendly performances have become synonymous with St. Patrick's Day in Butte and their whirlwind three-day Mining City tour schedule is up for this weekend's events.
The Pipe and Drum Band flawlessly perform not only the traditional Irish and Celtic numbers that you'd expect, but they also perform many numbers that one would not expect from a pipe and drum band. But they do it well. Well enough, in fact, to have once shared a stage with a former Beatle.
While we can't promise that Paul McCartney will be in Butte for St. Patrick's Day, we do know the schedule of the Pipe and Drum Band:
