Elks Pancake Breakfast on March 26 to benefit Butte Amateur Hockey Association
The Butte Amateur Hockey Association is excited about another upcoming fundraiser pancake breakfast that will be taking place Sunday, March 26 at the Elks Lodge on Galena St.
For years, the Butte Amateur Hockey Association has provided the youth of Butte the chance to play competitive hockey in a positive environment both for the recreational player as well as ones who are more competitive. Opportunities to play are open to interested adults as well and new members are always welcome.
Montana is home to a dedicated nation of youth and adult players who frequently travel for games and if you've ever seen the amount of equipment that is needed to compete up close you would be amazed. Upkeep and maintenance of the Butte Community Ice Center, home of the Butte Cobras and the Copper City Kings, is always a costly endeavour as well. Funds raised from this breakfast will help with all of that and much, much more. Plus, if you are a potential player or if you just want to learn more about the Butte Amateur Hockey Association this fundraiser breakfast is a perfect place to get more information. Plus, the spread they are putting out is worth the trip even if you just want to come up and support the group. From 9am to 11:30 they will be serving up hot pancakes, eggs, sausage and bacon plus coffee and juice. $10 will get you a plate and kids ages 5 and under eat free. The breakfast will be again hosted by the Butte Elks Lodge at 206 W. Galena.
