“Big Star Comedy, Small Town Show” bringing Mike Green to Butte this February
"Big Star Comedy, Small Town Show" is a unique blend of comedy, American history and travel that is bringing its production to the Mining City this February. Sound interesting? Here's how they describe themselves on their website:
Big Star Comedy-Small Town Show heads to flyover country and dives into the history of small-town America. It looks at small-town non-profit organizations that make a difference and adds to the town’s history by giving them an amazing and unforgettable comedy show by a big star.
The big star they are bringing to Butte is Mike Green and as you can tell from the following clip, he's a very funny guy.
This is going to be a good show. You may have seen Mike in the past as he has done stints at with Jerry Seinfeld, Tim Allen, Chris Titus and Ellen DeGeneres. He has headlined the Comedy Stop at the Tropicana in both Las Vegas and Atlantic City, the Comedy Castle in Detroit, Funny Bone South Bend and countless other clubs and colleges from New York’s Comedy on Broadway to the Ice House in Los Angeles. His keen observational humor and immediate likeability is suitable for the whole family
Mike Green and opener Kevin Kahuk, who can be found on Spotify and Pandora, will be at the Mother Lode Theater in Butte Friday, February 7th at 8pm. Tickets for the show are available now at the Mother Lode Theater box office at 316 W. Park St. or online. For further details, email info@buttearts.org or call (406) 723-3602.
