Scarlett Bowling Benefit Bingo Night set for April 4th at the Butte Depot

Looking at Scarlett Bowling, you see a beautiful, smiling, active baby girl.  A personality that will melt your heart and a laugh that touches your soul.  But this beautiful baby girl is also a resilient fighter and her smile and beautiful laugh that you hear today comes after facing and beating down a deadly disease into remission, and she has already put up a fight that most of us can only hope we never have to face.

On July 19, Scarlett was diagnosed with a rare form of Acute Myleoid Leukemia, or AML, and in the time since she has bravely undergone incredibly harsh chemotherapy treatments.  Four different chemotherapy treatments.  She was administered a trial drug and finally achieved remission.  Then came the Bone Marrow Transplant where her Dad's bone marrow stem cells replaced the faulty bone marrow in her body.  An unimaginable procedure for her and her father.  This brave little girl and her family have faced more in the last year than most of us can even imagine.

Scarlett Bowling is on the road to recovery, but her family has incurred tremendous medical bills but also must make home renovations in order to create a safe and comfortable space for Scarlett to heal and grow.  To help out, a Benefit Auction and Bingo Night has been scheduled for April 4th at the Butte Depot 818 S. Arizona.  There will be fantastic items up for bid in a silent auction plus exciting bingo games.  Delicious refreshments will be available, and every dollar will go directly towards Scarlett's medical expenses and home renovations.
