Butte High Bulldogs release 2023 football schedule

The wait is almost over.  Friday Nights in Uptown Butte are about to get a little more exciting once again.  We can almost feel the change in seasons in the air as fall rolls in and kids prepare for their inevitable return to classes.  But with school comes sports and football season can't come soon enough for the rabid fans of the beloved Butte High Bulldogs.  Following a season that saw the Bulldogs advance to the quarterfinal round of the Class AA Football Playoffs, Butte High School has released its 2023 football schedule.

After getting past Great Falls in the opening round last season before being bested by eventual State Champion Helena Capital the following week in the quarterfinals, this year's edition of the Butte High Bulldogs will open the new season on the road with a nonconference tussle with the Billings West Golden Bears on August 25 at Daylis Stadium, their first home game will be the following Friday against the Bozeman Hawks and they will wrap things up on the frozen tundra of Naranche Stadium on Thursday, October 19 with a tussle with the defending State Champion Capital Bruins.  This year the Bulldogs will play 9 regular season games, 5 of which will be at home.  Here is a look at the 2023 schedule.
